BLF is committed to helping individuals and families reach their fullest potential. Scholarships, awards and grants are based on submitted application and applicant's aligned values with the foundation. Scholarships, awards & grants include but are not limited to:
- Education
- Camps
- Deployment support
- U.S. Military support programs/initiatives
2023 SCHOLARSHIPS: $120,000 awarded
Thanks to BLF's generous supporters, the Foundation awarded more than $120,000 in scholarships to Gold Star children and siblings, as well as children of Wounded Warriors, Special Operations and Active Duty members of the Armed Forces.
BRENDAN'S BUDDIES
CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS
The Brendan Looney Foundation offers financial support to children age 17 and under to attend academic, athletic, art, music or leadership/exploration camps or similar venue to pursue interests or further develop talent. Transportation is not included in scholarship awards. Scholarships are paid directly to camp.
For High School Seniors
SEnior scholarships
This scholarship is for High School Seniors attending a 4-year college in Fall. This scholarship is for Gold Star Children & Siblings, as well as children of wounded warriors or active duty members of the armed forces. It is a one-time scholarship awarded in the Fall of 2024.
For current college students
COLLEGE scholarships
This scholarship is offered anytime during the student's 4 years. This scholarship is for Gold Star Children & Siblings as well the children of wounded warriors or active duty members of the armed forces. It is a one-time scholarship awarded in the Fall of 2024.
